• Client workspace data: project files, messages, approvals, and activity generated through the private client portal.
• Authentication data: email-based authentication managed through Supabase Auth.

Information is used to respond to inquiries, deliver services, and operate the client workspace. FlexaAura does not sell personal information to third parties.

Where data lives

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase, with file assets in Supabase Storage. Access is restricted through authentication and authorization controls.

Data retention
